Kang Wee is the head of Partnership at Mednefits – a tech startup that focuses on automating employee benefits for SMEs, allowing them to offer better benefits to attract and retain talents. He seeks out partners to work together in designing long-term, innovative and impactful solutions, for a better employee benefits market. Before this, he led the Business Development and Sales department at a healthcare group.

Outside of work, Kang Wee plays an active role in giving back to the community. He has been volunteering with St John Brigade Singapore for more than 10 years, being involved in aspects such as leadership development and community outreach. Kang Wee has also organized several overseas volunteering projects, working with partners such as YMCA to reach out to the overseas community in a sustainable manner for long-term impact.
