Emotional Regulation for Mums

The emotional landscape for working mums is about the range of emotions we experience over time as we make sense of the challenges faced at home and in our careers. As our environment evolves, it’s not surprising that we find it tough to raise our kids and ourselves along the way. It is especially unsettling when we parent in a distracted world and often get told what we should or should not do in a prescriptive way.

Join Communication and Emotional Intelligence Coach Dawn Foo to hear about mum rage and guilt, and how we can regulate our emotions while helping our child live and learn well.

Mums can look forward to connecting and have a conversation on how we can support one another as we
• Learn to regulate emotions as a mum
• Own our parenting style with no guilt
• Work towards our aspired mum-child relationship
