Having completed 13 years of service with the Republic of Singapore Navy where he was involved in a wide spectrum of work and finally co-establishing the corporate communications department, Terence co-founded Caelan & Sage, a creative think tank focusing on strategic communications, which led it to merge with Emergenetics Asia in 2012.
Apart from work, Terence actively contributes to the local and international community. He is District Councillor at South West Community Development Council where he leads the Social Service Functional Committee. As a member of the SAFRA Management Committee, he oversaw the development of the $64.4million SAFRA Punggol Clubhouse, where he is currently the Chairman of its Executive Committee. He sits on various boards, and is a founding member of Project Happy Feet, a non-profit organization which supports training and education of underprivileged children across Asia.
